Thank you for supporting small-batch, handmade and original creations from whatmaddness.com. Below is our return and shipping policy.
1. Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Handmade or made-to-order items may take longer; timeframes will be noted in product descriptions or via a personal email from Maddie.
Shipping Rates: Shipping is free for all domestic orders. For orders being shipped outside of the U.S., shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, destination, and shipping method.
Worldwide Shipping: We currently ship to all countries. If you are having problems ordering, please contact us so that we can fix the site!
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays due to the shipping carrier.
Lost/Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
2. Returns and Exchanges
Because our items are original artworks or handmade goods, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Acceptable Return Scenarios:
You received the wrong item
The item arrived damaged (must provide clear photos within 7 days of receipt)
To Request a Return:
Email us at maddie@whatmaddness.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
Your name and order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos (if damaged)
If approved, we’ll provide instructions for a return or replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or commissioned artwork
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Digital downloads (if applicable in the future)
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued to your original payment method only if approved. Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for it to appear on your account.
